Building an Inclusive TMR – Expression of Interest Survey

Thank you for your interest in participating in our research. Please complete the following questions to help us understand the diversity of our interested participants. 

The survey is voluntary. Voluntary means it is your choice if you want to take the survey. There are 14–18 questions in the survey. You can choose how many you answer, although some are required.
There are:

• 1 question asking if you want to take part

• 5–7 questions about you (like your age, gender, and disability or neurodivergence)

• 1–3 questions about your disability or neurodivergence (if applicable)

• 6 questions about your job at TMR (like your role, location, and contract type)

• 2 questions about how you’d like to do the interview and what supports you might need

We think the survey should take about 5 to 7 minutes.
