Organisations Survey 2026

This survey has 3 main parts. Because the survey is about you and the organisation you represent, the number of questions may change as you go through it. There are 24 questions in the main part of the survey at a maximum.

• There are 8-10 questions about you and the organisation that you work for or represent.
• There are 5 additional questions about how things are going for your organisation.
• There are 9 questions about your organisation's achievements, challenges, and your ideas for improvement.

You can share as much or as little as you want. Any question with a star (*) must be answered to move on.
