Project SEARCH intern survey

Take your time!   

• You don’t have to finish the survey all at once. You can take breaks and come back later.
• Your answers will be saved automatically.
• Please try to answer all the questions.
• If you need help, you can ask a parent, carer, or someone you trust. 

There are around 30 questions in the survey. Most are multiple choice, and a few questions ask for short written answers. 

We expect the survey will take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

The survey includes:

• 10 questions about yourself (like your age, gender, disability type, wellbeing and where you live)
• Around 20 questions about your current Project SEARCH experience
• A few optional questions at the end for you to share extra feedback

The survey is voluntary. Voluntary means it’s your choice if you want to take part.

Your data and information will be kept private and secure. We only use your responses to improve the program and support others in the future.
