Dr Paula Mowbray is a Senior Lecturer within the Department of Employment Relations and Human Resources at Griffith University. Paula does research on human resource management and looks at how leaders and organisations can create inclusive environments that help employees to be more engaged and able to speak up about their own concerns and those that might help their organisation.

Paula has been involved in research and consultancy projects concerning employee voice and participation within high performance organisations; employee engagement; organisational culture; leadership development; executive performance management; and company values and behaviours' frameworks.

Kelsey is the research lead and research fellow at Inclusive Futures and the Dignity Project at Griffith University. She specialises in disability research, inclusive research methods, and dignity theory. This is her third year running Voice of Queenslanders with Disability.

Kelsey and her team were winners of the 2024 Nature Award for Inclusive Health Research.
