Access to safe, reliable and efficient transport is an important aspect of living a quality life. At our Inclusive Futures Council, we regularly hear stories about the frustrations and challenges faced by many people with disability in using rideshare, taxis, transfer services, buses, trains and plans.

We believe your stories have the power to drive change and influence decision-makers. That's why we are inviting you to register for our survey and share your transport experiences, regardless of whether they are positive, negative, or neutral.

All you have to do is register for our campaign and then complete a short survey every time you use one of these transport services.

By collecting this valuable information, we can identify both the nature and extent of the challenges and work towards meaningful improvements. We will keep you informed with regular updates on our progress.

We know negative experiences can be demoralising and distressing to share, so we appreciate that you may want to remain anonymous. Your privacy is our priority and we will make sure there is nothing identifying in any of the stories.
